All of our trainers are Here to help you become your best self. They understand that each person has their own set of goals to reach and obstacles to overcome. At Train Grand Haven, all workouts can be modified for continual progress and results.

 

Cassie Rubley
owner/head coach

Cassie has a robust athletic background, including seven years as a competitive gymnast, and a high school career in competitive cheerleading.

Since 2013, Cassie has immersed herself in the fitness community and continues to progress in her athletic abilities.

“What I enjoy most about my career as a trainer, is being able to utilize my experience as a gymnast to teach the fundamental movements of functional fitness.”

MiCHAEL Dean
owner/coach

Mike has an immense athletic background. In high school he participated in four different sports throughout the year, including baseball, football, basketball, and hockey. To this day, he continues to play in a hockey league.

As an athletic enthusiast, starting functional fitness in 2012 came naturally, and he’s been committed to the sport ever since.

Zachary Frederick
Coach

Zach has a diverse athletic background playing baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and rugby. He still enjoys playing sports today and regularly is involved in slow pitch softball leagues, pick-up basketball and mountain biking.

Enjoying athletics and excercising, Zach started funtional fitness in 2013 as an outlet post high school and has grown into a passion for him. Zach started coaching in 2016.

“functional fitness started as a fun way to workout and became a competitive outlet and community of friends. Coaching has opened a new door to invest in others, support them and give back to a community and a sport that has given so me so much!”

Jordan Walker
coach

Jordan is a dedicated police officer who made the decision to expand his professional skills by becoming a coach. This additional role allows him to not only serve and protect his community but also to help others improve their physical fitness and well-being.

Jordan and his wife, Jessica, demonstrate unwavering commitment to both the TGH community and their cherished young son, Bryson.

Bella

Bella enjoys box jumps, rope climbs, and 400 meter sprints. She specializes in keeping the gym floors tidy, and our members smiling!
