Zach has a diverse athletic background playing baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and rugby. He still enjoys playing sports today and regularly is involved in slow pitch softball leagues, pick-up basketball and mountain biking.
Enjoying athletics and exercising, Zach started functional fitness in 2013 as an outlet post high school and has grown into a passion for him. Zach started coaching in 2016.
“Functional fitness started as a fun way to workout and became a competitive outlet and community of friends. Coaching has opened a new door to invest in others, support them and give back to a community and a sport that has given so me so much!”
